The act of snorting cocaine in between someone of the opposite sex's toe's. Even though it is not categorized as it's own fetish it falls under the foot fetish

Person 1: Did you see them doing the toecane at that party last night.
Person 2: yeah I didn't know you could fit your nose into such a small space. But i can tell you that it woild smell pretty dank.
