Going head to head with someone. Basically challenging their manhood (Can also be used by really awesome females). Usually, this phrase is used when someone is about to get into a scuffle.

(Not to be confused with being gay)

Someone runs into you without apologizing:

-Excuse me! Don't you have something to say?
-Nope... I've got nothing to say to you, man.
-WHAT!?! OH HELL NO! This fool's tryin to play dicks with me! You tryin to play dicks, bitch!?!
-Come at me bro !
