A Tuthbrush, otherwise known as a Tuthbrah is an underground term for a bristled stick that a user oscillates between the grooves of ones gnashers. This word is generally only spoken by people of the Birmingham Platter (sandstone ridge).

I need to run to Aldi and get a new Tuthbrush.
I just chipped my Tuthbrah, with my Tuthbrush.
