Should the provision of any labor union or guild require the execution of any agreement for your employment of different form than the form here rendered, you agree that you shall execute any such agreement To the extent that any payment hereunder exceeds applicable guild minimums such excess shall be supplied as payments for any additional rights that can be required for such payment pursuant to said guild agreement. Should the provisions of any union or guild require the execution of an agreement for your employment in different form than this form contained herein you agree that you shall execute any such agreement.
