It's when you feel mentally scewed inside (such as existential crisis but everything is fine and you have things to appreciate
(Eg. being a millionaire but inside you feel like your dying existentially)

Another is when you're unappreciative of the things given to you in life and/or you're acting like a spoiled little shit.
