WTFed is derived from the basic WTF, in which means "What the f***". As it implies, WTFed is "What the f***ed" and is used as a verb.
WTFed is a verb used to express an extreme feeling of shock/ surprise/ confusion/ disbelief and at times displeasure. In other words it means being in a state of WTF.

"I was WTFed"
"I hate being WTFed"
To have WTFed somebody.

Example 1:
When you lose an argument and have nothing left to say you always drop it on them “what the fu*k ever dude.” And walk away drop it let it go.
Example 2:
say you see someone dressed funny or maybe they appear funny looking so you say “what the fu*k ever dude”
Example 3: when someone is full of themselves and cocking you just look at them and say “what the fu*k ever dude”
