Coined by NY designers Phillip Niemeyer and Ryan Junell to describe a creative process and work ethic that demands one tackles the task at hand with extreme focus and without interruption UNTIL IT IS DONE.
Many a time "Don't disturb us, we're whamping!" can be heard from their studios.
WHAMPING can best be explained by the following anecdote:
