2. a term used by all races (except white people) to say that a state, school, city, etc. has too many white people and/or too preppy.
3. A word white people probably hear but don't know the meaning to
black person: "Oh my god! this school is worse than hell... its whiteville!"
white person: "no its not, its MICDS: the richest school in Saint Louis, Missouri."

Slang term to describe one of those ‘picture-perfect’ American towns where there seems to be only white folk living and working there, meant to somewhat slyly depict the town and its people as insular and racist.
Yessiree, I do believe we have found ourselves smack in the middle of Whiteville, USA.
