(pronounced "wicker-mom") A woman who uses Wic-vouchers at the grocery store, who uses way more at one time than she needs and holds up the line while the vouchers are validated. the name is a play on the film "Wickerman" because these women should be burned alive to ensure the prosperity of the community.
