A process that leads the phd student to spending most of his time on Facebook or YouTube.
I think Christophe is writing up a phd. He sent me tree YouTube videos today.
When instead of being "written up" for poor job performance etc. You are taken out behind the building and summarily beaten up.
If you don't that mess cleaned up in a hurry I'm going to give you a Staten Island write up.

What teachers Threaten/Promise to write a referral or something to the principle or something....It depends on what you did or how many times you got "written up" on how Threathening it is, But it's not very threatening in most situations
