Techniques may include exaggerations of news events, scandal-mongering, or sensationalism, restricted within the medical/health/scientific fields.

Headline: "Water Bottles Cause Cancer"

Explanation: A certain manufacturer of an isolated water bottle used a chemical which could possibly induce the growing of certain types of cancer cells.
