Zhingers is an evolved form of the word Zinger with the letter "h" in the middle signifying the heaviness of it's meaning.

Zhinger

A modified version of the word Zinger with the letter "h" use in the middle signifying the weight of the situation. In essence, the term is even more insulting than a normal Zinger and goes beyond only disrespect. It is full on verbal abuse at this point and may even result in the person committing suicide within a very short window of being hit with it.

"I hit her with a zhinger so hard that she fell off a bridge."
