Almansplaining

When an alman accuses other people, who are much better versed in a specific topic, with the subject of ignorance because of their knowledge from the mainstream media, television scientists or a documentary, insisting that the other is wrong.

Even non Germans can be affected by “almansplaining” since the word “alman” refers to a person who is willless, government-loyal and who inevitably follows all calls from the established authority.

almansplaining

Noun:
A German specialty: explaining the intricacies of the Israel-Palestine conflict or defining Semitism with an air of condescending authority, as if Germany’s turbulent history with anti-Semitism suddenly grants them a PhD in Middle Eastern affairs.
Verb:
"to almansplain"
To lecture about Semitism or the Israel-Palestine conflict in a tone that suggests years spent not only studying history but also rewriting it, infused with the unique confidence of a nation historically notorious for getting it spectacularly wrong.

A mash-up of "Alman", a meme-worthy moniker for Germans with a penchant for unsolicited advice and rule-following, and "mansplaining", the art of condescending explanation usually reserved for men overestimating their own knowledge. Together, they form a term dripping with irony, highlighting a darkly humorous take on cultural arrogance.

"There he goes again, almansplaining how to solve centuries-old conflicts, because, you know, if you can’t trust the country that brought you the worst of 20th-century ideologies to guide you through moral quandaries, who can you trust?"
