Alspedy is a word that describes someone who is foolish and makes a lot of mistakes. The word comes from a misheard word from the song parody, "Isko Moreno vs Alfredi". Nobody really knows who Alfredi is, but it is speculated to be a king. The word's definition comes from the "spedy" part of it. Check out what sped means yourself.
