A blubble is the intestines of a cow inflated with air. The are usually seen at highland fairs and such, inflated and given to children to carry around like you would a normal balloon.

Feeling blah and completely unfocused, and as if your heads in a bubble. May be caused by exhaustion, trauma, drug or alcohol use, doing too many things at once, stress, etc.
