blurcase

Noun. Malaysian slang. (Also spelt 'blur case' or 'blur-case')

A person who repeatedly fails to pick up on details, or seems to lack common sense.

Ex 1:
We told (name) that we're having drinks at a pub near her house but that blurcase ended up in a club three hours away.

Ex 2:
I told (name) that he could park anywhere in the basement level, so that blurcase parked his car diagonally across two parking lots!

Ex 3:
I told (name) to pick up tacos or pizza for dinner but that blurcase came home with 20 kg of raw beef instead.
