1.Someone who has qualities which represents something out of the normal.

2. Someone who should be represented because of what they do or say that places them out of the realm of this world.

it- something you want to discuss or share
table- a metaphor for a gathering of people

bring it to the table: a designated meeting for discussing current topics or projects in a company or group of people

A person or thing with absolutly no redeeming qualities. While others are interesting or have stories to tell a person who brings nothing to the table simply drags others down.

Seth Weiner is the classic example of someone who brings nothing to the table be it talking nonstop about phish or smoking weed like it is his last day on earth
