In our house a diaper change was a "changie". The process of changing a baby's diapers. The proceedure of removing a baby's diapers, be it rubber pants, cloth diapers, and pins, or a disposable diaper, and replacing the wet and soiled diapers with clean fresh ones.
Changie: A diaper change.
As I walked past the open door of the bathroom, a woman could be seen standing next to a baby changing table doing a changie.

Something of lower value or quality. A bootleg version of something that is suppose to be nice.
Someone who attempted to look nice but overdid it with cheaper quality fashion, and just looks JACKED UP.
Look at that girl wearing all that cheap jewelry, she totally messed up her outfit, it just looks CHANGY, now.
"Do you like that dress?"
"No, it looks changy, probably worth 50 cents!"

It is a name to call people instead of calling them a bad name in front of teachers or parents. It doesn't have a meaning, which confuses people. They will want to know what changis means, and you can make up the definition however you would like. For example
Stop being such a changis you just spilt the coffee. In this case it could mean "moron, idiot, dipshit"
