Cision

Like a decision, but there weren't other options. Similar to an autonomic process but one where there definitely should have been a better or different option but none existed at the time.

Our website doesn't have disaster recovery due to a cision made 5 years ago when we didn't have enough money for a second data center.

a combination of cis and vision. when a cis person tries to explain, poorly, the struggle of trans/nb people. often to trans/nb people.
