A coolheaded person is some one that's cool and collect and that's they're natural way. They might seem irritating to some people but really the coolest person a person might meet.

Jackson: Oh, wow, have you meet the new kid Miguel?
Tom: No why?
Jackson: He's just such a coolheaded person! You have to meet him!
