A male first cousin once removed in the same generation as an uncle but is technically a cousin, or cousuncle.

1: "Hey, who's that?"
2: "That's my cousuncle."
1: "What's that mean?"
2: "He's my dad's cousin, so he's like cousin but he's an uncle. He's my cousuncle."
