Dayturnal

A moron's rendition of "diurnal," the actual word meaning the opposite of nocturnal.

John: I heard humans was dayturnal, them is the opposite of owls.

Me: Humans are diurnal creatures, not "dayturnal," you fucking idiot.

Dayturnal

It's diurnal. A word uneducated people use to sound creative, cause they've only ever heard of the more commonly used 'nocturnal'.

Idiot: Karah is dayturnal because she wakes-
Smart person: Dude, shut up, it's diurnal.

Dayturnal

The word retards use who don't know that there is already a word for daytime activity called "diurnal".

NumTung uses the word "dayturnal" because he's heard of "nocturnal" but never "diurnal." What a chump.

Dayturnal

A completely retarded way of saying diurnal; the opposite of nocturnal.

Karah is dayturnal because she sleeps until four in the morning, is awake all day and passes out at 8:00

Oh, you mean she's diurnal?

Dayturnal

The word people use to mean opposite of nocturnal, or creatures that are active during daylight. The actual word for this is diurnal, but they don't seem to teach this word in school much, so people for some reason invented a new name.

Preppy Chick: I'm so glad people are dayturnal. I don't think I could see at night too well.

Me: The term is diurnal, there's no such thing as "dayturnal".

Preppy Chick: Whatever nerd boy.
