Dick doubts are when you want to break up with a girl, but you have dick "sexual" doubts about the consequences of your breakup. If you break up with her then you will not be able to get the sexual satisfaction you desire. Also know as your penis controling your brain.

I was dick-doubted when my boss bitched me out for something I knew nothing about. He said a co-worker blew me in. Maybe next time I'll dick-doubt'em before they get me!
