When a person has very large, fucked up, or nasty looking teeth. Usually has a yellow hue and abnormally large canine teeth.

person a: "dude! look at graham's teeth!"
person b: "yeah man, those are total dino-teeth."
person a: "can braces fix those?"
person b: "nah bro, i dont think anything can."
