1. A term that describes any dangerous and illegal maneuver in a motor vehicle, typical of the normal, yet aggressive, driving practices of New Jersey drivers. Most often, a dirty jerz involves any combination of tailgating, speeding, illegal lane changes, aggressive driving, passing on the shoulder, cutting off other drivers, and/or crashing a car, truck, or motorcycle.
2. A really aggressive and dangerously bad driver.
"Look at this asshole on the shoulder, he's about to pull a dirty jerz."
"I would have made that light if dirty jerz here in front of me didn't cut me off and slam on his brakes."
