A combination of disappointing and depressing. When you can't decide quite how bad something is, if it's depressing or just disappointing, call it both... disapressing.

When something happens that is depressing but also disappointing

Disapressing is a word that combines depressing and disappointing
So instead of saying “that’s depressing” or “that’s disappointing” you can just say “that’s disapressing”
When something is so disappointing and depressing that you confuse the two.
