DISCOMMUNICATION: when failed attempts to communicate result in no message getting across and constantly being dissed, pissed, and dismissed!

I'm so sick of all the discommunication in my communications department, nothing ever gets resolved and people are so disrespectful - tired of being pissed.

Discommunication

When a person or group that is part of a community or group of people is told they are not part of the community.

I was a part of a community and got subjected to discommunication. Now I don't feel like I belong in a place that I used to
