A person who lies, exaggerates, and fabricates the truth in order to impress others and sustain a self-fulfilling delusion. Especially, someone who continues to lie when everyone knows the person is lying. Origins: 21st Century U.S.A, inspired by President Donald Trump's behaviors.

Quit being a Dishonest Don, we all know your inauguration was not well attended and that Obama didn't tap your "wires" (aka surveillance from microwave oven).
