Etwic

For those times when you want to react with "well, that's ironic", but the situation (or story) isn't actually ironic.
A combination of the German "etwas" - something - and the "ic" ending from "ironic" (and "epic" too, I guess)

- I ran into Bob at the farmer's market today.
- Oh, that's etwic. I haven't seen him for ages.
