its kinda like 'meh', instead its fleh. or u could use it to mean if someones just ok. or you could use it insted of hello. fleh really diz have a lot of meanings.

“Fleh” is used in sort of the same way as “Fuck”. It is less offensive and can be used as freely as needed, even around children.

Usually used if the person is too tired to make the "m" sound, so they do't fully close their lips and just make a "fl" sound.
