The day of the week when contract employees fly from their work site to their home location. Typically for consultants this occurs on Thursdays for those who start their work week on Monday.
Yay today is flyday! We get to fly home finally!!!!
Another word for Friday, the day where most people finish the work week. As a result we get to fly away (leave) our workplace.

Must always include an exclamation mark when used as a subject line. Is both a day of the week and a way of life. It's origins are unknown but it is said to have been adopted by a group of Federal Government workers from the Ottawa region for use in their daily email chain.
