A freedom fact or fract for short. created by Stephen Colbert of The Colbert Report.
fracts are usually interesting, yet useless and random, pieces of information on the greatness of America
Me: Did you see the fract on the colbert report last night?
random person: Yah! America rules! USA!! USA!!! USA!!!

When someone gives you fractions of facts so as to leave you with enough information to get the picture but it is very foggy with plenty of holes in the story usually leaving more questions than answers.
Jess: Hey JoJo, what did you do last night? You have fun?
JoJo: I went to a friends house, nah it was pretty boring.
Jess: Well who all was there?
JoJo: Just some friends.
Jess: Why are you fracting with me Baby?
to be so busy that you feel completely scattered and unable to keep up with your work. Pulled in too many directions. Unable to concentrate with too many things going on.
I was so fract out last week that I couldn't finish the report you asked for.
So are you going to introduce your friend? Oh that isn't a friend, just a fract I met in line buying tickets to the opera.
