When nothing is going according to plan or has gone bad due lack of planning. Similar to cluster fuck, or fubar.

None of the bouncers had a VIP list, the main DJ didn't show up, and they ran out of liquor. The whole event was a fuckshop.

A specific area where a bunch of asswipes usually hangout to make fun of people walking pass

"Jeez I don't wanna walk past that fuckshop today!"

The entire division all showed up at the same time, unannounced. Suffice to say, the entire place was a total fuckshop within the hour.
