A compliment given by a gay man on your style choice(s). A gaympliment is the most highly regarded opinion, even above that of highly fashionable (straight) people.

Emma: A gay guy complimented my sweater on the elevator.
Katie: Well then you know you made the right decision... I haven't gotten a gaympliment in weeks
