A gay guy, usually young and twink-like, that can often be mistaken as a lesbian.

We often think of lesbians and guys being very different looks, stereotypically. But, every once in a while, you have that hybrid that you must give a second look. Is it a cute twink or a butch dyke? I can't tell...it's a gaysbian.

Someone that’s bisexual which means they like dudes and chicks. Ppl who like dudes r gay. Ppl who like chicks r lesbian. Therefore Gaysbian
