go for two

The split-second decision made when entering the bathroom to pee but going to the stall instead. Often a good call.

:Encompasses a situation of sexual innuendo, in which it is believed that two people have been alone in private for so long that, not only are they committing some sort of sexual act, but have decided to press their luck and attempt to undertake 2 of such acts within the limited time they had together, before they eventually are interrupted or forced to return.

Who's go two thumbs?

Short version of a phrase made popular on the TV show "Scrubs":
"Who's got two thumbs and don't give a shit? Me, Bob Kelso!"

When someone tells you something you don't care about, you say, "Who's go two thumbs?"

If something not very important is made into a 'big deal', you can say: "Who's got two thumbs?"
