Hoosting is where something happens that is so outrageous or hilarious one or more of your 6 senses is overstimulated, which in turn boosts the high of your drug of choice.

To generally dick out life. Can be yelled at football games or while playing dota to cheer on your teammates, and hunt down the elusive hoost.
