A hug pat is a mix between a hug and a pat. You often see anime characters pat each others heads, right? And you hug your friends, don’t you? Mix them together- AND BLAM!!! It’s a hug pat!

“I heard you’re getting close to Patricia.” Bob grins.
“Nah,” sighs Eugene, “we haven’t got past hug patting”
