Not having an intentional perverted mindset. People can become hypersexual due to highly depressing or emotionally stunting experiences. They become more "eager" as a distraction and quick high. In the same sense how some go to drugs when they are down. People often try to romanticize this by saying they just have daddy or mommy issues instead of trying to fix it through seeking help.
