When someone is overly obsessive about something and keeps frantically annoying you about it until you pay attention to them

Carol wanted to play dodgeball but everyone else wanted to play soccer. Carol kept insisting they play dodgeball and wouldn't stop annoying them about it until everyone agreed with her. She is so hypo-frantic!
