“Ice picker” refers to a girl who wears deceiving clothes to make herself look hot/sexy, but really has no curves. It is similar to a grenade but she purposely hides her ugliness.

“Dude there are so many ice pickers at this school!”
“Yea dude. They just wear poofed out skirts that make their ass look big”

A girl who is only interested in a guy because he owns a Zamboni. She will then attempt to "chip off" a piece of the Zambonis attention.

I took a girl home last night, but I think she was an ice picker.
