Kayajan

A person who says that they have to go and will be back shortly, even if they never do come back.
This person always gives a time frame for their return, which they promptly triple before finally never returning.

"I have dinner, I'll be back in half an hour"

Three hours later---

"Oh he's pulled a kayajan"
