Koutaliaphobia

(Irrational) fear of spoons.

From the Greek word for "spoons": κουτάλι (romanised as koutali - becoming plural as κουτάλια, "spoons", therefore koutalia) and "fear" φόβος (romanised as phobos, or Φοβία becoming phobia, "fear of")
