Dutch verb with some abstract and versatile meaning 'doing something worthless/ineffective/irritating'.

Derivative of kut.

"Zit niet zo te kutten!" (stop doing/saying something worthless)
"Hou eens op met dat gekut!" (participle; quit whatever silly it is that you are doing)
"Ze hebben de hele middag een beetje lopen kutten." (All afternoon they have been hanging around doing nothing useful).

Kutten

A vest, usually worn by punks. Which is usually covered in patches and studs,spikes.

"Did you see that punk kid with that kick ass vest"? You mean kutten?
