A mix of "liberal" and "pederast", a derogatory term describing a liberal. Used mostly in russian informal speech, along with "tolerast" and similar constructions. Generally was created as a populist device describing someone who wants to lower or remove social obligations of the state towards its population - raise the pension age, close hospitals or schools in areas where there is clearly not enough people to warrant the expense, stop supporting clearly non-profitable, but important for lessening unemployment industries, and so on.
Expanded to anyone having any ideas that could be identified as "liberal" - freedom of press, turnover of power and so on.
Listen to that liberast bleating about the freedom of press. Pathetic. I wonder how much his Americans masters have paid him to sell his motherland.

A liberast is a portmaneau of the words liberal and pederast.
Used mostly in Russia to describe stupid pseudo-liberal fuckfaces.

Portmanteau of "liberal" & "pederast". Basically, any ultra-liberal snowflake who pushes Google-esque liberal agenda while maintaining a pretense of civility and sincerity, e.g. conditioning school-age children that it's okay to choose your gender.
