When, at a party or dance, a random male comes up and dances very close to, or grinds on you. This is used more when the person that received the random dance is also a man.

Male A: Oh shit dude, I just got manjangled!
Male B: Yeah, I saw that. You get his number?

Anything you want it to be. This term is best used in normal conversation, since it sounds phallic.

"I ate my manjangle during Physics class today."

"Please turn to page 591 in your manjangle handbooks."
