Medler's Syndrome

When an ok looking girl goes out with a guy and then when he breaks up with her she turns ugly and psychotic. This was named after a high school student that had to get a restraining order from his crazy ex-girlfriend.

Guy 1: Yo you should totally hook up with Tara, she's so easy
Guy 2: Nah, that bitch got Medler's Syndrome
