Someone who habitually, aggressively and knowingly uses memes in conversation, like a weapon, to dominate and subdue others, without any regard to the effect it has on them.

That Jeff guy is such a memeopath, I love cats but because of him, I'll never be able to watch another pussy video.... I'm totally destroyed...
