This new guy is a workplace oddball who is essentially harmless and is widely seen as a bit of a microturd.

A term describing the phenomenon of tiny, hard, rabbit pellet-like shits that cluster in a big lump, resulting from opiate use.

Maybe it’s TMI, but I’ve been microturding for the entire week.
