A male in the military that lives life with a general alpha male douche attitude . The miliadouche is very territorial. A large portion of their time is spent in the gym getting yoked. When they party, shit gets fucked up.

Jeff: Yeah i did, but I couldn't work out because a pack of miliadouches had taken over the squat racks.
